Typical size is 9,000-20,000 square feet and as a NEWEUROPE™ Night Club it opens later in the evening and offering a variety of European and US drinks and some European pastries, chocolates and light snacks but no European dishes or light fare. NEWEUROPE™ Night Club location is solely focused on NEWEUROPE™ Shows, fabulous music, dancing and classy entertainment targeting over 35 generation in general and Europeans and it is typically located in an area that already has many other restaurants. NEC and in conjunction with Fred Kriss and FranchiseRight (www.franchiseright.net) has developed a system of duplication and franchising of any of the above NEWEUROPE™ Light & Club Cafe & Night Club locations. In addition Exclusive Territory (ET) rights to develop and open such NEWEUROPE™ Light & Club Café locations in a particular area or a region are also available for a 10-year license with ET license pricing based on the population living in a particular area of the USA or another country of the world.
