The Company plans to set up a 20,000-30,000 sf NEWEUROPE™ Cool Storage Warehouse near Orlando International Airport with 4-5 level of racks to store its chocolates & wafers at 62F temperature and 50% humidity to be then distributed to other retail locations interested in this product via Company leased two ton trucks also operating at the same temperature. This warehouse will cover cool storage and distribution of such product including frozen strudels and pastries needed for all of State of Florida initially. There is no distributor of European chocolates and wafers in the State of Florida so pending on storage and trucks distribution capacity NECW may also act as a distributor for other parties such as the buyer of such product for Disney Co. The Company is designing a Web site WWW.NEWEUROPECHOC.COM which will sell European Chocolates and Wafers available at NEC retail locations, other retailers and at Company cool storage warehouse where such Internet orders will be shipped from. Company also expects to have corporate and gift orders from companies buying NECW product for their offices or for their clients as a gift.
