NEWEUROPE™ Land Park  The theme of the NEWEUROPE™ Land Park is Europe. The NEWEUROPE™ Land Park is laid out in the shape of the European map with individual European countries (48 of them) as individual Lands that also includes an artificial lake in a shape of the Mediterranean Sea. The NEWEUROPE™ Land Park is a regular theme park and a water park located along the coast of the Adriatic Sea between Italy and Croatia with one inclusive ticket-pass entrance. NEWEUROPE™ Promenade  Just as the Universal Studios theme park in Orlando, Florida has the City Walk section with shops, restaurants and Clubs before entering Universal Studios parks, next to NEWEUROPE™ Land Theme Park there will be an area called NEWEUROPE™ Promenade. It will be a walking area filled with beautiful parks, waterways, walkways as well as European Cafes & Restaurants, European Shops, European style Night Clubs and European Hotels and Resorts. NEWEUROPE™ Promenade will be accessible to everyone for free and it will have its own side parking lots.NEWEUROPE Land & Promenade to be Built on Three Continents  Thanks to NEC’s VP President of International Marketing Zia Imran, and the NEWEUROPE™ Dubai Group. NEC has received a preliminary interest from Dubai for principal project investment in the development of NEWEUROPE™ Land Theme Park and NEWEUROPE™ Promenade next to it for three locations in the world – Asia near Shanghai in China, in Brazil near Sao Paulo, and in the USA near Orlando, Florida. Dubai has experienced a complete slow down with the theme cities development. Orlando, where NEC is headquartered, is the World’s capital of Theme Parks, with more than a dozen of such theme parks and with the greatest amount of experience and expertise about such theme parks in the World. A very pragmatic and yet very exciting theme of NEWEUROPE™ Land Park as developed by NEC and its theme park designers, which promotes 48 countries of Europe (see above), together with an adjacent NEWEUROPE™ Promenade with European Hotels, Cafes, Restaurants and Night Clubs, is the principal reason for such interest in the investment by Dubai. It also represent a shift of investing in such theme projects away from troubled Dubai which has too many such projects already.  NEC expects also strong interest by each European country (Land) and companies within each such country to be present as sponsors or as exhibitors at NEWEUROPE™ Land & Park under highest bidder basis. Dubai sources of capital are expected to provide up to 50% of capital for all three locations of NEWEUROPE™ Land & Promenade and investors from respective countries or continents mentioned above the other 50% of capital for each NEWEUROPE™ Land & Promenade location. USA costs for NEWEUROPE™ Land Park are estimated at $2 billion and for NEWEUROPE™ Promenade at $1.2 billion. Development of NEWEUROPE™ City next to NEWEUROPE™ Land & Promenade remains as an option for each location as it was originally proposed for Dubai.NEWEUROPE™ Land Park European Sponsors  NEWEUROPE™ Land Park (NELP) plans to have country and corporate sponsors from Europe. Each European Country represented (48 total) will have certain level of their government and tourist bureau participation plus additional sponsorships by Corporations and Investors from each such European country. After all NELP is like the biggest perpetual Expo about Europe in the World!Disney Co., for example, has had a few large US corporations as sponsors for some of their largest attractions such as Hewlett-Packard for Mission Space, General Motors for Test Track and Exxon for Energy at EPCOT. Such corporations helped fund the construction and maintenance of such attractions in return for corporations’ logos appearing prominently throughout the pavilions. However these sponsor arrangements have been very expensive ($100 million for 7 years) for these companies and some have pulled out finding it too costly such as General Electric for Horizons Pavilion and Met Life for Wonders of Life at EPCOT. NEWEUROPE™ Corp (NEC) has taken a much more pragmatic approach where besides the standard type of sponsorship NEC and NELP will offer equity or partial ownership in each country exhibit and sharing of revenues from such. There will be also Mega Partners who will share ownership in the overall NEWEUROPE™ Land Park together with NEC and its partners. Therefore Sponsors can also be Partners in our NEWEUROPE™ Land formula. We are currently developing the exact Sponsor-Partner formula, but in meanwhile we have started to solicit corporations, companies, firms and individuals who are interested in becoming Country Sponsors or Mega Sponsors in the NEWEUROPE™ Land Park project.
