NEWEUROPE™ Corporation (NEC) has developed a unique NEWEUROPE™ Internet-Media-Retail business model for the development of its business in a city, region, geographical area, state or in a country. This unique NEWEUROPE™ territory related business development approach with NEWEUROPE™ Theme is also called the NEWEUROPE™ System (NES). It will be made of a NEWEUROPE™ Cool Storage & Distribution Warehouse and Main Offices near Orlando Airport, 4 NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafes covering all four quadrants of greater Orlando area, one NEWEUROPE™ Night Club and one NEWEUROPE™ Club Café, 2-3 NEWEUROPE™ Chocolate Stores, NEWEUROPE™ Orlando Social Club with associated Socials, Parties and Special Events, NEWEUROPE™ Media & Entertainment Center or NEMEC Orlando and NEWEUROPE™ Radio Program featuring NEWEUROPE™ Music available world-wide via satellite and internet. The NEWEUROPE™ System can be applied to a region around a larger city such as Orlando or Miami or Kiev, or to a whole State such as State of Florida, Texas or California, or to a whole country such as Poland, Ukraine, China or Japan. It includes all of the below described NEWEUROPE™ business activities and products. When NES is applied in each region or an area or a country fully, it generates maximum market impact and revenues.

NEWEUROPE™ Cool Storage & Distribution Warehouse - this is a warehouse with offices typically 20,000-40,000 sf (2,000-4,000 m2) in size which stores all of NEC’s key products such as European chocolates, wafers, cookies, candies at proper temperature at 62F-65F. It also stores in special freezers frozen European pastries such as strudels. This warehouse uses special medium size trucks that are also temperature controlled which distribute this product to all NEWEUROPE™ retail locations in the region plus to hundreds of other retailers. NEWEUROPE™ Retail Distribution – NEC distributes these top quality European chocolates, wafers and frozen pastries not only to its own retail locations, and via internet to individual and commercial buyers, but also to hundreds of other retail locations in the region of interest. Only a couple of dozen of such products are distributed in a larger volume to other retailers and these are the most popular ones with the local consumers. NEWEUROPE™ Chocolate Stores – NEC opens stand alone chocolate stores (1,500-3,000 sf in size) in shopping centers or shopping malls in Classic or Modern interior design style carrying 500-1,000 different types of European chocolates, wafers and candies. Most of European chocolates are prepackaged in beautifully designed boxes which are displayed vertically. NEWEUROPE™ Stands or Kiosks – sometimes NEC sets up temporary NEWEUROPE™ Stands (25-50 sf) or NEWEUROPE Kiosk (100-250 sf) in Malls selling various products such as European chocolates and wafers during appropriate time of the year like Christmas or Valentines or such small stands also promote the existence of larger NEWEUROPE™ Light or Club Cafes in the region. NEWEUROPE™ Night Club -Typical size is 8,000-18,000 square feet and it functions primarily as a night club opening later in the evening and it offers a variety of European and US drinks and some European pastries, chocolates and light snacks but no European dishes or light food as present at NEWEUROPE™ Light & Club Cafes. NEWEUROPE™ Light Café - Typical size is 4,000-7,000 square feet and NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafe serves light fare such as sandwiches done with European style bread, salami and cheeses and sometimes light dishes together with freshly baked or made European strudels including filled with meat, veggies, fruits or cheeses, other European pastries, chocolates, ice creams including genuine Italian gelatos, Euro smoothies, crepes with variety of fillings, fresh juices, Euro flavored ice teas and sodas, European wines and beer and other drinks. NEWEUROPE™ Orlando System Estimated Setup Cost

NEWEUROPE™ Orlando System together with Orlando based NEWEUROPE™ Cool Storage Warehouse to store and distribute NEWEUROPE™ product needed for all of State of Florida and completion of NEWEUROPE™ Club social club and related NEWEUROPE™ Web Sites will cost around $10 million. Such NEWEUROPE™ Orlando System will generate around $25-$30 million in gross revenues annually with IBIDTA of around 25%.
