  Russia has 142 million people and is by far the largest country in Europe. People of Russia like American and European things and entertainment and thus they will also like our uniquely American/European NEWEUROPE “click-media-mortar” business formula and Americanized East European Music. We plan to implement our NEWEUROPE™ System in Russia and to operate our NEWEUROPE™ Club Russia social club and organize associated NEWEUROPE™ Shows in Russia.We plan to team up with and investment banking or VC firm from in Russia or with one of Russian oligarchs who like our NEWEUROPE™ theme and form a joint venture structure for a NEWEUROPE™ Russia Subsidiary with them and implement the NEWEUROPE™ System plan in Russia via such subsidiary. We are certain Russian people will like our NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafes, NEWEUROPE™ Club Cafes and NEWEUROPE™ Night Clubs with our unique European-American entertainment and dancing and our fabulous NEWEUROPE™ Flatscreens Systems in the walls of such locations. Also NEC plans to work with many Russian Social Clubs in different cities of the United States. Russia, like Ukraine, also has lots of very beautiful and charming women and great music. So we also plan to utilize tall Russian fashion models for NEWEUROPE™ Models for our NEWEUROPE™ Shows as well as for many other planned NEWEUROPE™ Club Gala and Special Events. We will also have Face of NEWEUROPE™ Russia and Miss NEWEUROPE™ Russia competitions in various cities of Russia as well as for the whole country. We also plan to bring the winners of such special events as well as NEWEUROPE™ Dancers from Russia for our NEWEUROPE™ Club Cafes & Night Clubs in the United States. We find that many Russian artists such as MakSim, Sveta and others have an exceptional musical talent for Dance and Pop songs whose melodies fit well NEWEUROPE™ Dance Sound feel and style of music we chose to present from Eastern Europe.
