NEWEUROPE™ Light Café typical retail size is 4,000-6,000 square feet and it serves Light European style fare and has Light Evening Entertainment and Dancing. Light foods served are sandwiches done with European style breads, salamis and cheeses, freshly baked European strudels and crepes filled with meat, veggies, fruits or cheeses, salads, soups, other European pastries.

Then in the curved portion of the serving line we offer European style salads, fruits, soups and desert type strudels and freshly baked European pastries. At the end of the serving line we serve Italian Gelatos, European sliced Ice Creams, European Chocolates and Euro Smoothies. You can also buy European style sodas and flavored ice teas. We also offer European wines and beers. A typical NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafe has self-service during the day and it has waitresses when entertainment starts in the evening.

The word Light in a NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafe location name, besides related to the lighter food and dishes served, also refers to the lighter entertainment offered in the evening. Most of NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafés will have a small stage that it is only 6 inches off the ground so it can also be used as a dance floor if needed, plus actual dance floor space.

Often NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafes feature one man band playing popular hits from 60s until now, and always a playback of great music and a variety videos and NEWEUROPE™ Dance and other Music and Entertainment via NEWEUROPE™ Flatscreen mainly targeting the Classic Generation or 35-60+ crowd. NEWEUROPE™ Music CDs, Merchandise and Chocolates can be purchased on the way out of a NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafe.
